We are here to help you store your belongings. Safety and convenience are our top priorities. That’s why access to your storage unit should be on your own time, but with the correct access and security in mind. 

How do I access my self storage units?
When you sign your rental agreement and complete your online check-in, you will receive a welcome email. You will be given a personal access code to the main gate - this will be the mobile number you provided when booking. This code will allow you access to the main facility and is included in your storage prices. You can the gain access to your:

●      Outdoor self storage units: Your storage unit can be accessed using a combination lock, you will receive your unique combination number in your welcome email. You will also be provided with a heavy-duty padlock and set of keys to secure your unit. Please note this should be fitted underneath the factory fitted lock box for maximum security.

●      Indoor self storage unit: You can access your indoor storage unit using a smartphone app that gives you unique access control to your storage space. You can remotely, digitally share access to your unit at your discretion air no extra cost, keeping your belongings safe and secure.

 
How should I bring my belongings to my self storage space?
Our self storage facility offers flexible drive up access. You can bring your belongings at a time to suit you and unload directly into all the storage units. For tips on how to pack your unit you should read our blog HERE

You can bring your belongings in a car, van or small lorry. 

 

When can I access my self storage unit?
You can access your storage unit at Corby Self Storage 24 hours a day 7 days a week, thanks to our unique access systems and CCTV and security set up.

 

What are the opening hours and do they differ from access hours?
You can access your unit 24/7, 365 days a year at not extra cost within your storage prices. However, the site is not manned by our team at all times. Should you wish to speak to a member of staff, our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm. You can call us on 01536 402116 or email info@corbyselftstorage.co.uk.

 
Do I have direct access to my self storage unit with my vehicle?
Our easy access self storage facilities are easily accessible by car or lorry. You can directly unload and store your belongings from your vehicle into all our self storage unit sizes.
